Inventory Status Report

The Inventory Status Report displays the current inventory balance and sales order demand as of today or on a given day of the current week. The report lists items by item group, the current inventory and total open sales order quantity for the current day, the prior day, and future day selected.

The report is designed to be a quick lookup of the current inventory balance and total sales order demand for an item group. A similar report, the Planning Report, contains more information than the Inventory Status Report and looks at projected purchases and production.

Inventory Status Report Fields

Item	The item code for the report.
Report Date	The date or day for the report.
